A court in the UK ruled a man was discriminated against (fired from his job) for his global warming beliefs which are protected under religious rights.

You can associate the do because many religions teach to respect the gifts that were given to us, one of which being the earth. Thus trashing it and causing global warming can be tied in together

No. That's stupid. Although it is kind of messed up that he got fired over his take on global warming. I mean, it's not a religious belief, but it shouldn't be legal to fire someone over it. Perhaps religious freedom was the closest thing that applied.

Edit: Lol. I meant "closest." Fixed.
