Click-able text then to a pop box? HTML code for myspace, etc.?

I want to make a clickable text then after you click it, it opens a pop up window and then I want it to contain information/words inside the pop up window box.

Is there an HTML code for that?
IS THERE SOME KIND OF A javascript GENERATOR OR SOMETHING?
 
In order to do this you must have an external website that contains the content in the new popup window. You would also need Javascript enabled which MySpace does not currently allow.
