For the past six or seven years i mostly only drink water! I drink it all day while at work i find that i am often thursty! I have been tested for diabetes every year and never got it yet?

One thing is because my urine is always clear and i am always drinking water could i be risking my health? I thought water was good for us but clear pee means to much?

Your urine should be clear enough to see through but not clear like water. So are you thirsty or dry mouthed? I drink all day but not because I'm thirsty but because my blood pressure meds leave me dry mouth. I'd do two thing. 1) if you don't already take a good multivitamin, I'd start. It wouldn't hurt. And 2) try cutting back some on the water and see if a sip will satisfy the thirst. I often take a mouthful and hold it in my mouth for a bit before swallowing. Drinking too much water isn't good for you. Your body needs hydration but not over saturation.

I understand being thirsty. I'm almost paranoid about being without my water bottle. If your issue is real thirst, not dry mouth, you probably need to have your doctor check your urine and do blood work to see what he thinks. Everyone will occasionally have clear urine but it shouldn't be a constant.

yeah i dont think its that bad im just a bit more thursty then the avg person and i like to consume water because it keeps the skin looking nice

I have been tested for real diabetes but never came out that i had it

I could have the other diabetes but one thing i noticed is at night when i dont drink much water my pee is back to yellow

SO during the day when i am sipping on water all day the pee goes back to white. But if i cut down on drinking water I do not have to pee as often which kinda cuts out having the Diabetes insipidus

that sounds completely normal to me. The water dilutes the urine causing it to be clear, whereas when you don't drink a lot of water it's more concentrated to show the yellow color.
