cleanser with mineral oil

I bought a new face wash today as it said it was good for removing dirt, oil, and all make up from the face. I thought that perhaps that the cleanser I have now wasn't doing a very good job at removing my make up which could be contributing to my clogged pores. The product also said derm. recomended. My only issue is that the main ingrediant is mineral oil. Will this cause my pores to be clogged even more? I decided I wouldn't know until I actually tried it, but i thought I would ask anyway.

Mineral oil? That's the worst thing you could ever put on your skin! It's thick and nasty, it will cause breakouts according to my experience and a lot of other people I read. Plus I've read tons of articles on it.

You could always try it anyway, but if you notice your skin starting to cause problems then throw it out. There are natural make-up removers. Online is a great place to get it too.
