My former tenant left all the oil splashes that ran down on the walls and formed beads in the kitchen. I don't think that she ever clean after she cooked. I used soapy water to scrub the oil splashes or some kind of stuff. Nothing was coming off. I don't want to use any degreaser, due to the oil based painted walls. What can I use to just clean the walls and rid of the oil splashes but not to take the oil based paint off?
