I recently bought Claymore on Blu Ray and I thought it was very good. The quality of the blu ray and the animation made the overall projection of it pretty phenomenal! The story was decent but it seemed to leave way too many loose enRAB at its conclusion... Do you think there will be a second season? If so why and if not why not? What do you think of the conclusion and the overall anime?
 
I actually enjoyed this anime. I didn't think it would be as story driven as it was. Plus giant sworRAB are awesome(it's my forte).
I thought the ending was alright. It left an opening for a second season, but the reason they did it is because the manga was still going on and it's one of those"if you like the show enough, continue the story by reading the manga" types. Happened to D. Gray Man too after a hundred some episodes.
 
I really hope they remake this and follow the manga. Kind of like what FMA did.

I enjoyed it though till close to the end.
 
I never read the mangas. Do u guys suggest that i read them? and if so should i start from the beginning or should i start where the anime series left of?
 
I would recommend reading it if you liked the anime. I would start from the start tbh. It has been awhile since I watched the anime so can't remeraber what all is different at the start.
 
This is tied for my all time fav anime with bleach and guin saga. There is still hope that a second season will happen over the next couple years. They are still a few chapters short of having enough material to do a second season. I only read a few chapters in from where the anime left off and decided to hold out until one year after the manga is completely finished before I consider reading the rest when all hope of the anime continuing is lost. Don't give up, I won't be anytime soon. I mean, an anime/manga that successful they gotta continue the anime.
 
I have not watched the anime yet. But I have read up to the latest chapter release. It's an awesome manga and if you've watched the anime I would recommend reading it. Especially to see what really happens during the end of the anime.
