clay shovelers fracture

I was a passender in a MVA. I have what they call a clay shovelers fracture to C-7, painful indeed, what is the recovery on this and now I have nurabness, tingling in my left shoulder blade, left arm and hand and also the longer that I sit down my left leg and my foot feels like it is falling asleep? Alot of pain in my thoracic region, what can be causing this, my posture?
