Classical Music/The Simpsons. What's the name of this song?

On the television show "The Simpsons", in Season 15, episode 11 "Margical History Tour", as Mozart (played by Bart Simpson) was dying, a very sad, and slow song played. I Absolutely NEED to know the name of this song, or the artist name. It's in the last 4 minutes of the episode (not including credits, or commercials time). Please Help!
