I heard a lovely piece in the show Dexter, season 2 episode 7, in which one of the main characters was listening/working out to a Chopin's Nocturne in Eb major, op9 no2.

If you have any suggestions for a piece like that, can you lead me to the way? Im trying to just purely listen to piano. Not too depressing, but kind of....light. Like you would imagine a kid dancing in a field of grass. Thats what I imagine when I listen to this work by Chopin.
Sidenote, why are there openings and numbers? (assuming thats what op and no are stood for.)
