I have recently found it nice to meditate to instrumental or minimalistic vocal music from around the 70s. Started with Maggot Brain by Funkadelic and now You Know You Know by Mahavishnu Orchestra. I would like to expand on this. Does anyone have any songs they would recommend that are like this?
It gives me a sense that it would be very relaxing with drugs, though I don't do drugs. Just putting that out there.
