I was lucky to have grown up and attended the live shows of most of the popular banRAB of that era. Groups like Wishbone Ash. Here's a couple of tidbits from that group.

one of my favorite songs, shit owns, heard it played at a frienRAB funeral, shit was fucking

I'm sure they did, pretty the much the classic rock I like is:

Rush
Kansas
Deep Purple
Boston
Blue Oyster Cult

I'm a young buck so yeah, I'll still pay tribute to the originals.

Another favorite tune from 1969 by Deep Purple called "April". It's from their seldom heard "Deep Purple" album. Other great tunes from that album are "Bird has flown", "why didn't Rosemary?", "Chasing shadows", and "Blind".

I'm listening to the song, "Andy," from this album, One Size Fits All, from 1975. This is one smooth album, like Bailey's Irish Creme.

I've really loved Watson for 25 years now. "Superman Lover" is my favorite song of his.

Zappa personifies "class" or that which is "classic."

And here's another band that I liked back then. Kinda crappy recording but you get the picture.

you'd probably get along with my dad, he's russian, so he didn't dabble in drugs much, but he was a rebel in his school days and he also really likes "april" haha...he turned me onto a lotta that old prog rock shit
