Ok I have a 1967 Ford F100 352 v8 and recently I had to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets, some bolts were sheered off so I had to take the heads off, meaning I had to take every thing above them off, and take them to a machinery shop. well I just got everything put back together and all the things that needed replacing were replace. Now there is a slight problem, every time I start the truck it only runs when I have the throttle pressed and when I let go it immediately shots off, with an occasional back fire. Does anybody know why it could be doing this? Maybe my timing is off? Maybe a clogged fuel line? I don't know, thanks
