Does anyone know if a 17 year old boy, with no previous felonies gets a class 4 felony. Will he do time or just House arrest?

yeah he was in jail, but not county. He got bonded out at court today cuz my dad pulled some "money" strings to get him out, but we gotta wait for his real court date. Thanks though. And the money thing, what happens if were already bankrupt- How do u pay then?
Not to mention were gunna get raped in civil court too.
Okay He Doesn't have a license-and was at my mah's house, stole her car. Picked up 2 girls. He Hit a dude on a motorcycle and Fled the scene of the accident, an off duty cop chased him for a couple blocks leading him into wrapping the car around the tree and totalling it. The motorcylce dude, is missing part of his nose and ear, broke something in his face, and has a blood clot in his neck. His gf, cracked her vertebrae and had internal bleeding. And the other girl Im not sure cept shes been in and out of surgery for her foot getting pins and stuff all week. Rumor she might lose it. I dont think so tho. I guess if you flee the scene of an accident, where there is extensive bodily injury or death- is where the felony comes into play. My psycho neighbor has the second crash on tape cuz she has a surveillance camera outside her house, so im pretty sure the off duty cop is being prosecuted too for the chase. I dunno is fcked. And we have like NO money.
