Is it sae to take Claritin D every day for months at a time? I'm not sure if this is something I need to consult my doctor about or not. I've recently had a lot of allergies causing me to feel pretty bad and Claritin D really helps me out a lot without making me drowsy. I'd love to take it regularly so I can feel HUMAN! I feel like a zorabie or something when my allergies are acting up a lot. My sinuses make me feel very dizzy and nearly drunk, not a good feeling when at work! I was just at the doctor not long ago, so I'm hoping I don't need to go back again because I'm not sure when the next time I'll be able to take the time off work again.

yes, it is safe to take long-term. I took it for awhile but had to go to the regular Claritin since the psuedophedrine messes with my blood pressure.

Thanks for your reply! I guess I will give it a try, as I shouldn't have any sensitivities to any of the ingredients. The congestion seems to be the worst part of my alleriges (mainly my sinuses), so using the D kind definitely is best for me!
