N Nathan New member Jan 2, 2011 #1 I reinstalled it multiple times from steam's site and the disk, but it will not launch. It just brings up a black box (from steam) and says "preparing to launch." Then the box disappears and nothing happens. all my software was preinstalled by Dell.
