Note: civ 5 for mac
I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. I have tried turning off the intro video. I can't find where to make it startup windowed (supposedly it is in a file, but I cannot find that). I just want to play the game. I also tried restarting my computer, still nothing. My mac is more that above the minimum requirements, so it is not that. Is there anything else I can do so the game will start. This is completely ridiculous for a new game and a new computer to have this type of problem.
I did buy my copy of the game, it is not pirated.
