Civilization IX file is corrupted.What should I do to fix it?

I play this game alot buto today it showed it was corrupted why and how should I fix it? It won't start.
 
With games you can stick the disk in the drive then when the menue comes up click either install or reinstall or something like that and it will say repair corrupted files. If that does not work delete the game and reinstall the game (might save you a lot of headaches). Also check on the forums for the game and make sure that youre antivirus software is interfering with it (you might have to identify it as a game).
