I just bought Civilization 4 as a time waster for the break and I am really enjoying it.
I originally played CIV REV on Xbox and loved it and when I learned that I can mod stuff on this game such as civilizations I freaked.
My only problem now is that I couldn't be more lost when it comes to XML. I have some previous experience with HTML but its very limited.
If its possible, can anyone give me a skeleton code for creating a new civilization?
I want to make one that is Canada and make it pretty much equivalent to the English and one that is Canada and is overall the best that it can be. A skeleton code or some pointers on this would be great as all that I have found online is about sending messages.
