Civilization IV Final Frontier mod?

Hello iv been playing the Final frontier mod on civ 4 BTS, and i am trying to colonize a star system but when i try to move my colony ship to a free one it comes up with a screen of all the planets there, when i press continue my ship has not moved or is not on a path there. iv tired pressing the separate planets also. Can anyone help?
