HI-
I have been having trouble with the Civilization III game. When i am both England and America I am
(a) Losing gold-up to -30 a turn.
(b) Cannot build more than one city. How do I fix this?
(c) Get other countries to loan me gold and give me a right of passage.
Also, any help with getting ahead faster? Thanks.
