Civilization 5 DirectX 11 not working?

When I start the program the program just hangs for a bit then crashes. Any solutions?
My specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 2.00 GHz
NVidia GTX 260M
4GB RAM
Windows Vista 64-bit
