I just went online to an internet game for Civilization 4 for the first time. So why is it that everytime I enter the lobby, it says install Patch_319. So, I installed it, and I restarted the game as it told me to. Then, when I went back to the Internet Lobby, it keeps saying to install Patch_319. I tried it like 3 times.......and it still doesn't work.
