A friend of mine has 2 swords he wants to sell and has offered them to me.
He got them when he cleaned out a storage room for an OOOOOOOLD women.
Anyway.... This is what I can tell about them....
They are both alike
Both are stamped on one side 1871
Both have a makers name on them and under that it says Solingen.
I think it says Wester
I have found 1 little thing about Wester online its a pics of a calery sword.. Here is the link... http://armscollectors.com/mgs/wester.htm
They look ALOT like this sword, they do not have any etching on the blade.
My friend wants $400 for both.
What ya think??
I am gonna resell them, can I make some money??
