A old landlord 2 years ago told me that they were selling there house and we had to move out or pay a rent increase. we chose to move out and they sold there house. now they filed a civil judgement against me and i never received anything until today when someone delivered a judgement against me and i never knew nothing until today, the judgement was ruled on 2/8/08 and i had 20 days to respond but i just got it today 99 days later. what is my recourse against this liar?
