I want to ask cities to ask libraries punlic ones about purchasing used cars and alll the bicycles in local sports shops and hire drivers or bicycle riders to deliver the books ?
i also want to enter the jobs as available in official city job search after city allocates budget to purchase bicycles and library and literacy uniforms and hires people from literacy ,job search programs and other citizens like 40,000,000 without much money in u.s.a.
how can i get this ratified and the budget passed if transport to city halls unavailable?
i mean employ with adequate wages the 40,000,000 u.s. citizens and others without employment.
mobile delivery serivice is the idea for those not able to move or anyone else who wants the service
idea is official city gov provides budget maybe fedrral gov as well
there would be a union helping the service to make sure pay stays adequate
also is there a way or interest in cab companies which transport people in cars joining the library service or asigning caps with library logos painted on them official ones if the budget passes.
also if toyota hybrid car dealerships could be used by the city and maybe prius cars a book mobiles for public libraries

why blame the republicans or democrats or politicians if you do not accept offers of help?
also i thought people were unemployed and people do paper routes and i said city would supply the budget and if not used cars then new ones and i said deliver libray books something cities have paid for for years ido not understand why someone would not want a free book paid for by public
my thouhts are if someone can order pizza from a pizza place like pizza hut delivered by car they could do so with library books which would be free because from public library where they are paid for by the public.
if people would buy new or used cars paying more people to drive around in them would create more employment than for car dealers alone plus create large sale right?
also computer repair,tow truck drivers ect have logos so why not public libraries to have book mobile paid for by city taxes?
