yeah i'm confused too, because 2 of my friends got their wii's from CC (albeit closer to launch date) in non-bundle form.

I dunno about the legalities of it, but I think it's a bullshit tactic. For example you see like Toys R Us has multiple bundles that come with like 5 games, but only like 1 game is something I wanna play. Not worth it to buy the rest of that shit just to get the console. But my family does love our Wii.
