Cingular Sync vs. N75 vs. Verizon 9900(enV) vs. A990

ok, this is a 4 way debate I have here.

I want a new phone(at least 2MP for a good price).

-I really like the Sync, and it's the cheapest, available now, and plays MP3's(I believe you can make MP3 ringtones as well, which is heavily favored)

-N75 has the same general features as the Sync, but it's a smartphone as well. I'm not sure how much more it will cost though, or when it will really come out.

-9900(enV) has the "cool factor", and qwerty keyboard which I could find use for, but it would suck not having a GSM phone because of the changable sim card and you can't make your own ringtones.

-A990 has the 3.2MP cam, but doesn't play MP3's meaning no MP3 ringtones as well.

I don't live in a 3G area, so that's not a factor in my phone choice.
I would prefer a flip over a candybar style phone.
The camera is one of the most important features I'm considering.
The MP3 ringtones aren't a necessity, but are heavily favored.
After asking around in my area, verizon service is a little better than cingular, but not by much.
Price doesn't play a huge role, but it is a factor as well.
Each plan I worked for each phone came up to around the same price, so one service wouldn't be any cheaper than the other.

overall, which do you think would be the best deal, considering what you know about each phone. I know some of you would only know about the cingular phones and not verizon or vice versa, but I can still use any and all input.
