I'm a college student in Athens in Northeastern Georgia. I live and commute sometimes to rural Northwestern, Georgia (where my family lives). I hear that the best service around here is CDMA from Verizon. I am considering everything. If you have any advice, that would be great.
I want to the following "special" features in a phone.
1. The ability to apply at least ten different ringtones (mp3) to ten different contacts.
2. Picture ID with contacts.
3. Good service.
I have been leaning toward to LG 9800 (the V) from Verizon, but it's UI is so dinky and esoteric compared to the SE 600i from Cingular. I have heard people complain about Cingular's service around here. I am also looking into t-Mobile and Nextel.
If you guys know anything of phones that will let me do those things (in different price ranges, because I'm a poor student...) let me know. I welcome advice and suggestions for other phones from all service providers.
Thanks A Lot,
Jonathan.
