Cingular Nokia 6102i or Moto V557

I am not sure which phone to get. The Nokia 6102i or the Moto V557 or maybe eventhe RAZR V3. I am looking more for good quality phone reception first with the "goodies" second. Bigger screen for older eyes is also good. I could also go with Verizon and get their RAZR or maybe the E815. I have the SONY Z520a and I hate it so it's going back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
I have had a V551 and a RAZR and currently the 6102i. The 6102i is going back. The RAZR was the most remarkable phone I've had as far as call quality and reception. I have had surgery to both hands and the RAZR was so thin I dropped it about 3 times. Most durable phone I've ever had as well. The v551/v557 is about perfect as far as size for me. The call quality was just as good as the RAZR. Reception was just a hair less. I can make calls in an elevator with a RAZR but not the v551. Hope this helps.
