cingular adding numbers to a blocked list or no-call list?

just kinda need to know how to add a number to a blocked list

friend of mine is being harrassed and is a bit of a techonophobe so ima put the question on here for her

she has cingular and is being harrassed by this guy ( also cingular )
just kinda would like to know how to add the harrasser's number to a block list or no-call list so she dosen't get his messages anymore
