Cingular 8525 ppc ics with WinBook XL?

I have a Congular 8525 PPC, with a wifi connection to my router, and Windows Mobile 5.0. No gprs data plan. I also have an old WinBook XL, with no internet connection of any kind, and a Win98 OS. Is It possible, by ActiveSync or USB, to share the PPC's wifi connection with the WinBook? I know it can be done via bluetooth(i think), but the WinBook doesn't have bluetooth.

The help is appreciated!
