Cingular 8125 or Samsung Black Jack

I have found both phones for a pretty good price but I can not decide on wich one would work best for me. Has anyone compared the the two before and if so, can some recommend one over the other?
 
The Blackjack is a Smartphone. The 8125 (8525 is new version) is a Pocket PC.

What are your needs as far as a smartphone goes?

I would also suggest searching as there are quite a few postings on this very issue on the Cingular Smartphone section.
