Cincinnati Bell Blaze

I recently bought a Cincinnati Bell Blaze and I can't figure out how to make it so that the setting when I answer the phone is not to have the speaker on or something. Everytime I talk on the phone I'm hearing an echo or something. I can't figure out how to turn it off. Can anyone help me?
