Cig lighter and cd player wont turn on( 95 toyota corolla)?

ever since i pluged in a phone charger where my cig lighter goes my cig light, cd player and clock wont turn on anymore...everything else turns on fine all lights and everything... could a fuse have blown?
 
Somebody probably hooked the CD player to the cigarette lighter for power when they installed it. It would just be the fuse.
