chucky 6 ?????

Ive seen the new chucky film seed of chucky and was wondering if there is any chance of there being a child's play 6???
the first 3 were horrors the next two where slapstick comedy's will it stay like that? i hope so chucky rules!!
 
Was Seed Of Chucky ever released in the UK? I remember seeing the trailer in the cinema a few months ago but I havnt seen anything about it being released over here. Its already out on DVD in the US already I think!
 
God No! - not another Chucky movie.

IMO they started getting silly around the 3rd one.

Actually, this seems to be a trend with Horror franchises:-

Halloween - Great, Halloween 2 - pretty good, Halloween 3 - tripe!

Friday 13th - superb, Friday 13th pt. 2 - good, 13th pt. 3 - laughable.

Hellraiser - a classic, Hellraiser 2, a worthy addition, H 3 - pathetic

Elm Street - Great, Elm street 2 - Not bad, Elm Street 3 - etc, etc, etc.

And the list goes on...........................
 
no i don't think it ever got released in the cinama over here but it will be available to buy on dvd 27/6/2005.
I agree that it is scraping the barrel a bit , but with so many crappy films out there i could easily watch another 10 chucky films bring it on chucky rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Seed of Chucky was on selected release across the UK.. i.e. not everywhere. Due for DVD release sometime soon. I can't confirm of further chucky films. I knew that seed of chucky was going to be made, but the first and fourth are still good movies. I hope they return to the original format of the first for a next one.
