What actions? As a 1 term Senator that voted "Present" on everything, or a community organizer. It's not like a governor you could have judged performance of working with legislatures and the courts, commanded a military unit, national guard, had to appoint a cabinet, formulate a budget, take charge in emergencies, regulate trade and commerce.

That is why America always elected candidates with administrative experience, like former governor, so you had something to judge. We went in blind with this guy. And now it's the blind leading the blind.
