I have a min of 2 hours charge for electrical in my shop at $80 per hour. If, for any reason, It only takes up to an hour then you are charged only 1 hour, if after 2 hours..you get a phone call authorizing more time. Electrical problems can be very tricky unless there is hard evidence or just a couple of fuses blowing, even then it can boggle a brain.
