Chrysler Town & Country air conditioning issues?

We own a Chrysler Town & Country (2008 I believe); well, about last year the vents in the back started only blowing weakly and it felt like the outside air, maybe a bit warmer. It wasn't a huge issue for us, so we didn't worry much. Then yesterday, the front ones started doing the same thing. Any ideas what issue might be, and if there's any possibility of it leading to something worse?
 
Take it to the dealer! Your under warranty. My best guess is that the ~blender box~ doors are not directing the air flow to the correct location. It is too new to have major AC freon leak or compressor issues.
