Chrysler Town and Country hesitation?

98 Town and Country hesitates and shudders when I've stopped, especially after extended freeway speed driving. Recently had a trans code for gear 2 ratio incorrect pop up. Had the trans serviced and that seems to have fixed that issue, but this hesitation has gotten worse since then. Any ideas?
