Chrysler Sebring convertible wipers not working?

I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring convertible, And the wipers do not work. The relays are good changed the switch with a working one, fuse is good, exchanged the motor with a good one ( I have a 1999 I can swap parts off of ) The washers work fine, but no power to the motor, any ideas ? Ed
