I bought a two year old program car with a factory 3 year 36 mile warranty. I had a flat a few days ago and discovered the spare was not the correct bolt pattern so would not fit. Since it was bought with a factory warranty I assumed it had a factory spare tire in the trunk. I contacted the dealer and of course they would do nothing to help I did go to a junk yard and being new in the area the junk yard people gave me a rim and tire as a kind gesture . Chrysler customer service is lacking! Perhaps that is another reason they are bankrupt!
The car is no longer under warranty. I never had a need to use the spare till this week. Should of checked it out when i bought it. Is it customary for dealers to sell cars without factory correct equipment
