I am considering buying a 1998 Sebring JXi convertible. The seller offered to hand it over for $1600, which sounds like a steal given that it only has 123,000 miles. Carfax is clean, engine seems great, but there's just two problems. Firstly, the rear window is not attached. She has plexiglass in its place for the time being, and the original window is sitting in the trunk. Secondly, the tiny window right behind the driver door window is loose. There's about a 1-inch gap between the window and roof. Otherwise it runs great and is in beautiful condition.
What might be the cost of these repairs? Is this a great deal or a lemon?
