Chrysler Class Action Lawsuits?
We are having a terrible time with our 2001 PT Crusier and the Chrysler Service Center refuses to take responsibility and own up to the problems. I tried searching online but unable to determine where and how to join the pending Class Action Lawsuits. Can someone help me? Also, what other recourse do we have against Chrysler?
 
There are no such thing as a class action lawsuit involving the quality of the PT Cruiser. The problem whatever it is with your vehicle is an isolated issue. If you have are the original first owner and have any warranty left and you are experiencing the same problems over and over, I suggest you contact your local State Attorney's Office and file a lemon complaint with them against Chrysler.
 
There is no lawsuits with chrysler concerning the pt cruiser...If your vehicle was still under warranty and they refuse to fix it then you may have something.Now the 2010 models are out and you have a 9 year old model car...I,d dump it and get something else...
