Chrysler 300, reliable?

I'm looking into getting a 2005-2006 Chrysler 300 next year, basically turn it into a slab (it's a Houston thing..), but I'm wondering what the general reliability of the car is? Chrysler is pretty much known for it's less than stellar reliability, but I've read some reviews online suggesting it's a reliable car.

Any personal experience I can take into consideration before buying the car?
