Chronic nausea and vomiting

It is going on seven years now that I vomit more days than not. I will vomit every day for months and then have a week off and start all over. Sometimes it is once a day, sometimes until I am vomiting bile. I have had numerous tests, ultrasounds, upper gi, and many blood tests. Ocassionally my white blood cell count will be elevated, 13.0 was the highest I believe. I had a mri on my brain after telling the doctor that I also had headaches, dizzy spells, fatigue, lack of concentration and memory.

I am going to admit. I would visit the doctor once every year or so, run tests, and drop the ball out of frustration. It has gotten to the point that I never feel good. I just want to know what is wrong. Any similiar experiences or advice would be appreciated.

BTW, I just switched primary doctors. I got the impression more than once that he, my old doctor, thought I was binging and purging. It would be pretty stupid to go through testing when I knew the cause........frustrating.

No, I tried staying away from processed food and thought that perhaps greasy stuff made me worse. It occurred to me recently that perhaps it was gluten. I am going to ask about it when I go back. My sister told me not to cut it out of my diet before testing because then the testing would be messed up and I would never know. I haven't had any official allergy testing though.
