I play soccer at the highest level for my age, which is 16, but for the past 2 yrs ive had a major setback due to severe arch pain and lower calf pain. I have tried using Cytomax a supplement that cleans your body of wasteful matter including lactic acid that builds up in your legs, which causes soreness. Then i tried using arch support but neither worked. The thing is, right when i warm up, it starts hurting until i can barely even walk. The pain comes from right under my foot and as for my calves, i begin feeling tightness a couple inches above my rear ankle going to the calf. I feel as if i had heavy legs when i play like this. i've tried stretching those areas during warmup but pain still persists. I honestly don't know what to do. It would be great if you could help me out or give me some information on what i can do. Thanks and god bless
