I seem to have chronic allergy attacks about one a month.
My allergist says they can not find out what I am
allergic to.

I am using Allerga twice daily. I was put on Astilin nasal spray which
seems to help.

Any suggestions?

:)Thank you,

What were the results? And what kind of attack are you experiencing? Respiratory - digestive-rash-what?

Just a suggestion. When I went through those kinda problems I found out that intolerance to some fooRAB I was ingesting were weakening my immune system that making me more suspect to allergens coming from outside of my body....if that makes any sense to you. I had a blood test done through ThinkRite systems and it was helpful enough to cause me to no longer have to deal with my allergies. My doctor and a couple of naturopaths ran several allergen tests on me that just cost me a lot of money and didn't help me in the least. Might want to look into this test....I'm free of allergies now cause of it and feel fine now.

The testing found no known allergy.

Symptoms are: nasal discharge and sneezing.

Thank you for your interest
