i just read this on the internet and i thought it was really interesting. i was doing some research on Chromium picolinate and it said that there was a direct link btw high blood glucose levels and acne. this is true in my case. i do have acne and i also happen to have a really really big sweet tooth. like, i'll get these sugar cravings and i must absolutely have something sweet...sometimes if theres no candy around i just have some sugar.... i mean, i dont do that anymore but ive found that the less sugar i eat the better. i'm also goig to start taking these chromium picolinate tablets and see what happens.
