Chrome plated wheels/white wall tires

Would anyone have any recommendations for a place that can chrome stock wheels on an 08 c90, and info on a type/make/dealer of some nice white wall tires?

Some people do not like whitewalls because they are constantly haiving to clean them to keep it looking nice. Just something to consider if you do not want to have to scrub your tires all the time.
