Christians: Why doesn't God take responsibility of his creation and police the earth?

You may say he would be taking away freewill but that's inaccurate, in fact, by not policing the earth he is taking away freewill from many. Like for instance a child I read about. His parents were two pedophiles who met online. They PLANNED to have kids JUST to molest them. That was there free choice, however, this poor child never had a choice not to be born to such sick parents. Or not to be molested.

Does a poor child in Africa have the option NOT to starve? Short of suicide, for many, the answer is sadly NO.

So why doesn't God police earth? Like a responsible parent would? Our kids have freewill, correct? Yet we wouldn't let our older child molest our younger one, or we wouldn't let our stronger child bully our weaker ones out of meals. We manage to allow our children freedom but still take responsibility for them. If God is real why isn't he doing the same? Why does he create children to parents of abusers? Why are potentially great mothers/fathers infertile, while molesters molest away?

Maybe God doesn't exist? Maybe this is all just random..

Think about it....
@Lady Wildcat: Not true at all. My wife is a social worker, she uses me as kind of a counselor to rant her frustrations. I hear awful stories everyday. I use Christians because I'm American and that's the God of my country (even in our flag salute and on our money.) Also they seem to write off everything as "freewill" I think this ads a new dynamic to that. Notice how you didn't answer the question and instead chose to make false ASSumptions about me. If I had your Gods power no kid would starve....Think about it.
Hee Jun...No you're taking away the merit of my question by ignoring the details and specifics. I can justify "why do people eat meat" way more effeciently then "why do people use factory farms, mistreat animals, and over induldge in enough meat to give them heart disease."
